The Null Variable universe, its characters, narrative settings, and underlying story remain the intellectual property of its creator, Will.

Likewise, every creator who contributes to the Archive retains full ownership and copyright of their original work.

Contributions to The Null Variable Creator Coalition are not works-for-hire and do not transfer ownership to either party.

The Archive operates on mutual permission:

• Creators grant TNV a non-exclusive licence to display and showcase their work within the Archive and related promotional materials.
• TNV does not commercially exploit a creator's work without a separate written agreement.
• Creators remain free to showcase, publish, sell, or otherwise use their own work unless a future agreement states otherwise.

Should The Null Variable progress into commercial production, licensing terms, compensation, credits, and scope of use will be negotiated separately and in good faith before any creator's work is used.
